Direct billing to healthcare plans is available . I do not direct bill to ICBC or WCB.

30, 75 and 90 minute treatments are available upon request but are not usually open for online booking

Price increase effective January 1st 2026

45 minutes - 112$ 60 minutes - 130$ 75 minutes - 154$ 90 minutes - 169$

This price increase is to remain aligned with the average for registered massage therapy services in our area. Most extended healthcare providers have also increased their reimbursement limits , which helps ensure your treatments will remain eligible for full or near coverage.

My goal is to continue offering high-quality care while maintaining a fair and sustainable pricing structure.

A no-show may be subject to a 100% charge unless I have been contacted with enough time to reschedule the appointment. If you are ill and have notified me , there will be no cancellation fee.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can be useful for treating sports related injuries, postural or muscular imbalances , improving range of motion, flexibility, and strength.
Example of conditions treated in massage:

-sprains/ strains
- plantar fasciitis
-rotator cuff injuries
-disc herniation
- pregnancy
-thoracic outlet syndrome
- sciatica
- carpal tunnel syndrome

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, I have been practicing at a sports medicine clinic, where I treat many athletic injuries and just as many postural imbalances due to every day life. Additionally, in 2017 I opened BRMT, where I practice from a private suite in my home.

I use a multitude of treatment modalities such as PNF, trigger point therapy, stretching, muscle energy technique, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, hydrotherapy and Swedish massage. I have taken a workshop focusing on the TMJ, a muscle energy technique course specifically focused on the neck, as well as a course on the female pelvis which focused on visceral manipulation. I also am trained with instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation.

My hobbies include long distance running, soccer, hiking, and camping.
